POWER / INTERMEDIATE / FOUNDATIONS
HERA Power
Our most advanced class at Hera Pilates, Hera Power is designed for experienced clients only. Expect to move with intention, elevate your practice, and power through a dynamic full-body workout that embodies the bold energy of Hera.
Hera Power is not suitable for beginners, those with injuries, or clients with limited mobility. Prior Reformer Pilates experience is required, and previous class attendance at Hera Pilates is strongly recommended to ensure readiness and safety. Please note: experience with mat Pilates or mega reformer-style classes does not meet the prerequisite for this session.
HERA Intermediate
Hera Intermediate is the perfect class for clients looking to deepen their Pilates practice and build on foundational Reformer skills. This class offers a balanced blend of strength, stability, and coordination work, with an emphasis on refined movement and body awareness.
Previous Pilates experience is recommended, as this class moves at a moderate pace with more complex sequences and transitions. Instructors will offer both modifications and progressions, allowing clients to tailor the workout to your individual needs while continuing to grow in your practice.

HERA Foundations
Hera Foundations is our beginner-friendly Reformer class, designed to support clients of all levels- including those new to Pilates, returning from injury, or with limited mobility. This class focuses on proper alignment, core control, and movement precision, all while delivering the signature full-body burn Hera is known for.
Expect a slower-paced session with clear, intentional cueing that emphasizes form and function. While the tempo may be gentler, the intensity remains high- challenging your strength and stability.
